This post is a step-by-step guide on how you can set an Alarm on your Mi Band.
For this guide, we are going to use the Mi Band 6. For Mi Band 5, you will need to activate and set the alarm time on the paired app; Mi Fitness or Zepp Life.
Step 1: Go to Main Menu
Scroll down the main menu on your Mi Band 6 screen till you find the Alarm setting and click on it. If you can’t find the Alarm setting on your band, you need to add it as a widget to the main menu using Mi Fitness or Zepp Life.
Step 2: Click on Plus (+) Icon to Add an Alarm
In the Alarm menu, click on the plus (+) at the bottom to start the processing of adding a new alarm setting.
Step 3: Swipe Up or Down to Set Time
Swipe up/down the hours and minutes to set the time when you want the alarm to ring/vibrate. Press the pm/am at the top to toggle morning or afternoon. Once done, click on the right arrow, at the bottom of the screen, to set the alarm frequency.
Step 4: Set Alarm Frequency
Finally, you need to set your alarm frequency. If you plan to use the alarm one time, select only once. Else, select the days of the week when you’d like to be notified.
Once you have set your alarm frequency, click on the check mark, at the bottom on your Mi Band screen to save your alarm setting.
To deactivate an alarm, go to the Alarm menu and you’ll get a list of all the alarms you have set on your Mi Band. Simply uncheck the box next to the alarm setting to deactivate the alarm.
