This short step-by-step post will guide on how you can adjust the brightness of your Mi Band display. Reducing the brightness of your Mi Band, when you are indoors or at night, is one of the most effective ways of increasing the battery life of your Mi Band.
Let’s jump right to it.
Step 1: Go to Settings Menu
In the main menu of your Mi Band scroll down and click on the settings option. On Mi Band 5 and older Mi Bands, click on More and scroll down to find the Settings menu.
Step 2: Select Brightness
In the Settings menu, click on brightness. On Mi Band 7 select Display and Brightness.
Step 3: Adjust the Brightness of your Display
In the brightness menu, tap on the plus (+) sign to increase the brightness and the negative (-) sign to decrease the brightness of your screen. On a Mi Band 7, you will need to select Brightness adjustments from the Display & Brightness menu and then swipe up or down to increase or decrease the brightness of your display.
And that’s how you can easily adjust the brightness of your Mi Band display. This feature, and the corresponding Night mode, are features that I use a lot on my Mi Band to control its brightness.
